We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant/Deputy Manager Financial Services based in our Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited. reporting to the Manager this full time and permanent position is based in Indore / Mumbai , India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring cash flows daily and reconciliation with underlying documents
Verifying ownership of investments acquired by client funds and maintaining asset register updated at all time
Reviewing of periodic reports and reconciling net asset values
Reading/understanding Fund documents like Subscription documents, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements for existing/new funds
Reviewing capital call and distribution notices
Reviewing waterfall and equalization workings
Identifying irregularities and support in managing client escalations
Key requirements
The incumbent should be CA, CA/CMA Inter, Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience audit / accounting fields in Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund industry.
Familiar with AIFMD (Alternative investment fund manager directive) is preferred
Prior experience with another Fund Administrator or Fund Manager is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Strong prioritizing ability and organizational skills
Analytical, meticulous, and systematic approach to work.
