Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in both 2D drafting and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing modern office and commercial spaces, along with strong technical and visualization skills. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior designs while coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop 2D floor plans, layout drawings, elevations, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create realistic 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or other rendering software.
- Develop innovative concepts for office, commercial, and corporate interior spaces.
- Prepare mood boards, presentation layouts, material selections, and design proposals for client presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, and execution teams to refine and implement design solutions.




- Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, maintain project documentation, and use basic Excel for project tracking and material coordination.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, furniture, lighting solutions, and space-planning techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.
- Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or any other professional 3D rendering software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, color schemes, lighting, materials, and furniture layouts.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in interior design projects.
- Proven experience in designing office/commercial interiors is highly preferred.
