Job Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels

.Acquire and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services across both IT and Non-IT hiring requirements

.Build and maintain solid client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing suitable recruitment solutions

.Schedule and conduct client meetings, present the company's staffing services, and negotiate commercial terms to close business deals

.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates and maintain high client satisfaction

.Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets while maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development,



or recruitment staffing sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in selling recruitment or staffing services will be preferred.
