The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a solid relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and timely issue resolution.
- Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring customer retention.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Corporate B2B Sales,



Key Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Good understanding of IT Hardware products and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and proactive approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Revenue from existing customers.
- Customer retention and account renewal rate.
- Repeat order conversion.
- Upselling and cross-selling revenue.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Quote-to-order conversion ratio.
- Follow-up efficiency and response time.
- CRM/ERP data accuracy and reporting compliance.
- Achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.
