We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale the Degree Sales vertical .
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive monthly, quarterly & annual enrollment and revenue targets
• Lead, mentor & manage a team of Academic Counsellors/Sales Executives
• Monitor sales funnel metrics, conversions & team productivity
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching & daily huddles
• Analyze sales data and optimize conversion funnels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance & Product teams
• Ensure consultative selling, strong objection handling & customer satisfaction
✅ Requirements:
• 6+ years of B2C Sales experience in EdTech – Mandatory
• 2+ years of team handling experience (10–20+ members preferred)
• Experience in Degree Programs / Higher Education / Long-Term Courses
• Strong experience in Inside Sales & High-Ticket Sales
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared/Salesforce
• Robust leadership, analytical & communication skills
