Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Domestic Voice Process)
Location-
Kolkata – Godrej waterside Towers, Bidhannagar, Sector 5
Key Responsibilities-
Handle inbound customer calls
Provide prompt and accurate customer support
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Eligibility Criteria-
Candidates who stays within 20 KM from Office location are eligible
HSC pass and graduates can apply
Freshers are welcome
Valuable verbal communication skills in English
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Details-
Salary:15K in-hand per month / 19K CTC
5 working days rotational shift
2 rotational week offs
9.5 hours working
