Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can produce compelling visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, short-form & long-form content, and social media storytelling , along with the ability to design eye-catching graphics that strengthen brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit engaging, high-quality videos primarily for social media platforms , including Instagram , LinkedIn , Facebook , YouTube , and other digital channels .
- Create compelling short-form and long-form video content , including Reels , Shorts , promotional videos , ad creatives , corporate videos , and marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and client objectives .
- Work with AI-powered video creation and editing tools to produce innovative , high-quality content while improving production efficiency .
- Collaborate with the content , design , and marketing teams to conceptualize , edit , and deliver creative video assets for campaigns , brand launches ,



and client requirements .
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends , viral formats , editing styles , platform updates , and algorithm changes to create relevant and high-performing content .
- Add motion graphics , animations , typography , sound design , color correction , and visual effects to enhance storytelling and audience engagement .
- Perform basic graphic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop and Illustrator , to create thumbnails , overlays , video assets , and supporting creatives .
- Optimize videos for different platforms by adapting aspect ratios , resolutions , formats , and platform-specific best practices .
- Organize project files , manage multiple editing assignments , and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative and technical standards .
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns , client pitches , and content strategies by identifying emerging trends and innovative content opportunities .

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , Photoshop , and Illustrator .
- Knowledge of Canva , CapCut , DaVinci Resolve ,



or similar video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels , YouTube Shorts , LinkedIn , Facebook , and emerging social media platforms .
- Strong understanding of typography , color theory , layouts , and visual storytelling .
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is preferred.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail .
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines .
- Robust communication and collaboration skills .

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing , preferably in a digital marketing agency , creative agency , or content-driven environment .
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects .
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools .
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator ( Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is essential; Canva alone is not sufficient).
- A strong understanding of social media platforms , content consumption patterns , reel culture , viral trends , trending audio , and platform-specific content formats .
- Passion for consuming digital content and staying updated with the latest social media trends , creator economy , and platform updates .
- Strong storytelling skills , creative thinking , and excellent attention to detail .
- Good communication , time management , and organizational skills .
