Position: Team Leader
Location: Malad, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer support associates in a energetic and performance-driven environment. Candidates from Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, International BPO, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure achievement of performance targets.
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Drive team engagement and maintain high levels of employee motivation.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and client requirements.
Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is Mandatory (Only Graduates can apply).




Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, or BPO experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Willing to work from Malad, Mumbai .
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Experience handling customer service or international process teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Malad, Mumbai .
