Journey Partner is a fast-growing travel company specializing in Domestic & International Holidays, Corporate Travel and MICE solutions . We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to lead our Operations team and deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Position Manager – Operations
Eligibility ✅ Mandatory Qualification
MBA in Travel & Tourism from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM)
✅ Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Experience in handling Domestic Holidays, International Holidays and MICE operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end travel operations for Domestic, International and MICE assignments.
Supervise and mentor the Operations team to ensure timely and seamless execution of travel services.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners.
Oversee itinerary planning, reservations, visa coordination, travel documentation and operational compliance.




Ensure high standards of customer service and prompt resolution of operational issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and business partners.
Monitor operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
Drive process improvements and implement best operational practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Domestic, International and MICE travel operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
