We are looking for experienced Collections Professionals to join a rapid-paced international contact center team.

Role: Collections Representative (Inbound / Outbound – US Process)

Experience: 1–5 years in Collections (Mandatory)

CTC- 5 to 7 LPA-Based on Exp and last CTC and Interview Performance

Shift: US Shifts

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Voice Quality: CEFR C1 Level Preferred

Job Scope:

• US-based payment follow-ups and debt collections

• Handling delinquency buckets and recovery operations

• Third-party / agency-style collections activities

• Negotiation of payment plans and settlements

• Customer risk assessment and resolution management

• End-to-end collections call handling (inbound & outbound)

This role is strictly for Collections professionals only.

Profiles from Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management, Billing, Cash Applications, or non-collections finance roles will NOT be considered.
