We’re Hiring: Service Delivery Manager – Cloud Platform

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager who can lead cloud infrastructure delivery across AWS and Azure, manage customer expectations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Cloud Skills We’re Looking For

- Own end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure managed services.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, incident, problem, change, and release management excellence.
- Act as the key customer contact for service reviews, escalations, and improvements.
- Lead and mentor cloud/infrastructure engineers.
- Drive automation, standardization, RCA, and continuous service improvement.

Valuable working knowledge of AWS and Azure services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch, Azure VMs, VNet, Storage,



Backup, Monitor, Load Balancer, App Services, Azure SQL, Entra ID, and AKS.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

- 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed services.
- At least 2 years in a Service Delivery, Technical Lead, or Team Lead role.
- Strong ITIL process understanding.
- Experience managing AWS and/or Azure production environments.
- Excellent communication, customer management, and stakeholder handling skills.

Bonus Points

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
