Position: Business Head
Number of Positions: 1
Experience Required: 8–10 years in business development, education-centre management or training-centre operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Independently manage the overall operations and profitability of the computer training centre
Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion
Lead teams, manage performance and ensure operational efficiency
Drive revenue generation, budgeting and achievement of admission targets
Develop institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups and strategic collaborations
Identify new business opportunities in computer education, certification programmes and skill-development initiatives
Maintain strong reporting systems, market networking and stakeholder relationships
Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,



partners and industry stakeholders
Ability to achieve business targets through strategic planning and execution
Strong understanding of education, training and skill-development ecosystems
