The Role:-
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with a strong understanding of technical detailing and execution drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects and should be capable of coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and comprehensive working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
Develop detailed furniture drawings, sectional details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, all relevant service layouts and detailed wall elevations.
Create practical and execution-ready drawings that are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams for drawing updates and revisions.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical,



and aligned with site conditions and execution requirements.
Revise drawings as per design modifications, site updates, and client requirements.
Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the project team with technical detailing and execution-related solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:-
5+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in luxury residential and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of detailed interior drawings and technical detailing.
Ability to prepare accurate and execution-ready drawings with attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
