SmartVizX designs and builds innovative workplaces, experience centers, and commercial interiors that combine functionality, aesthetics, and technology. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing Design & Build team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative design concepts and space planning for corporate interiors and commercial fit-out projects.
Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare design documentation, layouts, and specifications for execution.
Work closely with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained during project delivery.
Support material selection, BOQ preparation, and value engineering.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
2–4 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or Design & Build projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
Good understanding of interior materials, detailing, furniture, and construction methodologies.
Strong design sensibility, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in office interiors, experience centers, or commercial workplace projects.
Exposure to client interactions, site coordination, and execution support.
