Strategy& is PwC's global strategy consulting business. In Australia, we define enterprise strategy, design operating models and deliver transformation for the institutions shaping this market. This role puts you at the front of complex, high-stakes engagements. You will frame the problem, build and test hypotheses, direct workstreams and craft recommendations that executives act on. But this isn't just about analytical horsepower. You'll operate in lean, dynamic teams that shift with each engagement - meaning you need to lead without hierarchy, coach in the moment and build trust quick. You will also contribute directly to business development and thought leadership, helping shape our point of view on the issues that matter most to the sector.
