What you'll do As a Senior Platform Architect at Docusign, you will define and evolve the architecture of Salesforce and AWS as core enterprise platforms. You are responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems that treat Salesforce as a programmable platform within a distributed architecture. This role requires shaping system boundaries, integration patterns,



and engineering standards while partnering closely with Platform Engineering, Security, and Product teams. You will drive platform scalability, governance, and modernization to enable efficient building while maintaining architectural integrity across multiple domains. Ultimately, you will operate as a cross-platform architect, designing cohesive solutions that span Salesforce and cloud-native services with explicit ownership of architectural decisions.
