Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate must have worked in a technical background with a valuable understanding of enterprise applications / services delivery.
The person must have managed a team and handled multiple deliveries.
The person must have exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization across different time zones.
Experience in managing large volumes of data processing requirements with SLA commitments (online/offline processing) is essential.
Produce quality results in high pressure situations in a dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation skills to deal with individuals across all functional and hierarchy levels.
Work with constraints and ambiguous situations
Experience managing Abinitio projects or delivery.
Sound knowledge of Linux based operating system and databases. (RDBMS and No SQL DBs)
Ability to describe and implement Data services from a product centric viewpoint
Quickly gain a deep understanding of the existing technical infrastructure and will ultimately own it.
Experience in Cloud migration and setting up teams to manage a cloud environment. Skillsets in putting in place processes and team structures to run the enterprise wide infrastructure on Cloud.
