- Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Unload and load trucks safely using forklift and manual handling techniques
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with delivery schedules
- Ensure all outgoing goods are correctly labelled, documented and meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate stock records through warehouse systems and manual checks where required
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stocktakes
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with supervisors
- Store goods in correct locations to ensure efficient retrieval and space utilisation
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment at all times
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in line with procedures
- Work closely with purchasing, sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace culture
- Current forklift licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role (preferred).
- Experience with pipe, flanges and fittings or oil & gas equipment will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
