The purpose of this role:
This role is responsible for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Bupa's APAC performance and reward systems,



with a strong focus on Workday Advanced Compensation.
As a Performance and Reward Systems Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for compensation processes and system administration, supporting complex remuneration activities including annual salary reviews, bonus programs, salary structure uplifts, and remuneration-related legislative changes. You will partner with Reward and People teams to ensure accurate system configuration, data integrity, reporting and process optimisation.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys working with remuneration data and systems, and has deep experience managing compensation processes within Workday Advanced Compensation.
