KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* *Macro Campaign Architecture:* Developing and executing comprehensive, end-to-end digital brand campaigns that drive deep consumer engagement and brand equity.

* *Smart Content Engineering:* Structural design, thematic planning, and governance of high-yield social media content calendars tailored to specific target audiences.

* *Daily Social Concepting:* Cracking real-time, platform-native creative content formats and capitalizing on micro-trends across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, X, LinkedIn).

* *Digital-First Positioning:* Ensuring all brand outputs are designed natively for fast-scrolling mobile viewports, maximizing audience retention and community affinity.

* *Cross-Functional Co-Piloting:* Partnering closely with copywriters, visual designers, brand solutions teams, and external creators to guide ideas seamlessly from concept pitch to live execution.

Requirements

* *Experience Blueprint:* 2–3 years of progressive, verified professional success operating as a Creative Strategist, Brand Planner,



or Lead Content Architect.

* *Agency Pedigree:* A mandatory career background established explicitly inside a *Digital Marketing Agency or Specialized Social Media Studio*, driving digital-first consumer portfolios.

* *Core Mental Framework:* Highly conceptual, cultural-native understanding of shifting internet trends, platform algorithms, and consumer digital habits.

* *Attributes:* High agility, exceptional storytelling and narrative structure capabilities, solid presentation skills, and an intense bias for proactive project ownership.
