New product validation & launching as per schedule with design team Deploy operationally safe and robust processes including process automation projects to deliver consistent and productive results Provide efficient and timely support to resolve technical issues reported to maintain production line. Prepare, maintain as required the engineering documents, BOM, work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA that enables identification of various improvement projects Capacity planning - Tools, identifying scope for RTY/FTY improvements and improve yields Functional Competencies: Knowhow of statistical tools and its application SAP - Engineering BOM, Masters and routings Technically sound on process like welding, line layouts, analytical skills project planning, tracking and execution
