Director – Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation
Overview
The Director, Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation is responsible for defining and driving the Agentic Trust strategy and governance across all Security Solutions Organization (SSO) verticals, including Identity & Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Disputes & Experience.
This role leads the evolution of the current Agentic Trust strategy, including expansion to multi-rail channels and initiatives prioritization. It ensures disciplined execution and governance of the strategy, aligning stakeholders across Product, Technology,
and Business functions.
Role Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio
• Define and drive the Agentic Trust strategy, aligned to business priorities and market opportunities
• Own initiatives prioritization, including trade-offs across initiatives to maximize impact and value
• Translate strategic objectives into transparent priorities and execution plans
Innovation & Capability Development
• Identify and incubate new Agentic Trust capabilities and use cases
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap direction and solution design
• Support alignment of innovation efforts with commercialization priorities
Execution & Delivery
• Drive execution across product, engineering, and risk teams
• Ensure initiatives progress against defined goals, timelines, and success measures
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers
Governance & Execution Discipline
