Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Project Coordinator to bridge communication between Japanese clients and offshore development teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT project coordination experience, excellent Japanese communication skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, effective stakeholder communication, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage IT projects involving Japanese clients and offshore development teams.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between onsite Japanese stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from Japanese customers.




- Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate requirement clarification meetings, project discussions, and status review meetings.
- Perform Japanese ↔ English translation of technical documents, project documentation, emails, presentations, user manuals, and meeting minutes.
- Provide interpretation support during client meetings, workshops, project reviews, UAT sessions, and technical discussions.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Infrastructure teams, and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively escalate risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
