Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for operational management and profit/loss of the Large projects under Midstream/Downstream Energy Business Unit, including managing multiple projects, multi-locations, alliances, workshare projects. Working with functions, project teams and customers to deliver high quality projects and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery. Leading the definition and the implementation of the growth strategy. Driving Worley culture, vision and values creating high performing work setting through motivation, engagement and empowering.
