Job Description
Lead end-to-end HR functions: Talent Acquisition (campus hiring focus), PMS, HR policies, employee engagement and well-being. Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate with leadership teams. Initially manage 1 direct report, growing the team to 2-3 Oversee corporate HR operations
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR qualified with 10+ years in talent acquisition, PMS, HR policies and employee engagement. He will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with leadership teams, and the ability to manage and grow a small HR team. Adaptable and proactive, he can implement strong HR practices in a corporate environment.
