Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end UK payroll (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly & Monthly).
Perform payroll validation, Gross-to-Net calculations, reconciliation, and audits.
Handle arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, statutory payments, overtime, and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.




Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
Support payroll reporting, year-end activities, and process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of UK Payroll experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and payroll calculations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
