Role Summary
The Sr Staff - Embedded MCU Program Management drives end-to-end execution of microcontroller and embedded semiconductor programs, from concept through development, validation, and product release.
This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and application domains, ensuring alignment across architecture, design, firmware, systems, validation,



and product engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with customer and market needs.
What you’ll do:
Program Leadership & Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution of MCU product programs across concept, development, validation, qualification, and release
- Own program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure readiness across silicon, firmware, validation, and release milestones

Embedded Product Development
- Support MCU development activities including silicon bring-up, firmware integration, validation, and product qualification
- Track key deliverables including design progress, firmware readiness, validation status, and sample availability
- Ensure alignment between product requirements, embedded use cases, and system-level performance
- Coordinate technical reviews and ensure program readiness across development stages
