Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity (v8.7+).
- Develop scalable business process management (BPM) solutions for CLM and KYC applications.
- Design application architecture and provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React.
- Develop and configure case management, workflows, integrations, business rules, and decisioning components.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing using PegaUnit, and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in effort estimation, technical documentation, and release planning activities.
- Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production issue resolution.
