Job Description: Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery. Deploying and managing resources for testing. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team. Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and test plans. Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyse results. Should have delivered projects in banking domain.
Ability to manage and lead project test leads, SMEs,automation and functional testers Excellent in test management with JIRA, Zephyr or other test management tools Robust experience in generating required project and test metrics, tracking,monitoring and should have done CIs for improving delivery & service quality. Excellent in creating insightful reporting and dashboards and present to internal and external customer stakeholders. Experience in Andriod and iOS applications. Automation knowledge, with Selenium, Apium or any other automation tools, Postman etc.
