What You'll Be Doing
As our Technology Hybrid & Systems Specialist, you'll work closely with the Technology Solutions Manager, operational teams and IT to ensure our venue technology systems deliver exceptional experiences for clients and support the successful delivery of events.
You'll:
- Maintain, support and enhance venue technology systems to ensure reliable operation for event delivery.
- Provide specialist technical support for event technology and client connectivity services.
- Coordinate and verify technology and network services are established and tested prior to events.
- Maintain and support digital signage systems and associated venue technology.
- Monitor and maintain supported technology systems in accordance with organisational security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide specialist technical support to internal teams.
