Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management. Develop and enhance Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, and approval workflows. Build and customize Service Portal/Employee Center pages, widgets, themes, and components to improve user experience. Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.



Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies. Develop and maintain custom applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and ACLs. Configure notifications, email templates, SLAs, and reporting dashboards. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Participate in platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
