? Designation: Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate

? Experience: 1–3 Years (Process Associate), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.

? Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

HCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle policy servicing, claims, alterations, and customer enquiries
- Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactions
- Manage new business, fund switches, income payments,



surrenders, and top-ups
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAs

Eligibility

✅ 1–10 years of experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Operations, Savings & Investments, or Financial Services

✅ Robust written communication and customer service skills

✅ Knowledge of policy administration and back-office insurance operations

✅ Immediate to 30 Days notice period preferred
