Key Responsibilities
1. Insurance Placement
Analyze client risk profiles and insurance requirements.
Identify suitable insurers for policy placement.
Obtain quotes from multiple insurance companies.
Compare terms, pricing, coverage, and exclusions.
2. Negotiation & Coordination
Negotiate premium rates and policy conditions with insurers.
Coordinate with underwriting teams of insurance companies.
Ensure timely placement of policies before renewal deadlines.
3. Documentation




Prepare placement slips and policy documentation.
Verify policy wording, endorsements, and coverage details.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, binders, and policies.
4. Client Support
Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure proper coverage.
Provide insurers’ quotations and placement recommendations.
Assist in resolving policy issuance or coverage issues.
5. Market Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with insurance companies.
Stay updated on insurer appetite, products, and pricing trends.
