Job Summary-

We are seeking experienced Ceramic Designers / Ceramic Decorators to join a reputed ceramic manufacturing company in Bolesławiec, Poland.

The selected candidates will be responsible for decorating ceramic products using various artistic techniques such as hand painting, glazing, stamping, engraving, and pattern application. This position requires excellent attention to detail, creativity, precision, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality decorative finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Decorate ceramic products using hand painting, glazing, stamping, engraving, and pattern application.
Apply colours, glazes, motifs, and decorative finishes as per quality standards.
Inspect finished products for quality, colour consistency, and durability.




Handle ceramic decoration tools and materials with precision.
Maintain production quality and daily targets.

RequirementsExperience in ceramic decoration/finishing (minimum 1–2 years).
Hands-on expertise in one or more decoration techniques.
Valuable colour matching, attention to detail, and artistic skills.
Knowledge of ceramic materials, glazes, and decoration tools.
Basic English communication preferred.

Eligibility

- Freshers are not eligible.

- Secondary/Vocational/Technical education preferred.

- Qualification in Ceramics, Fine Arts, Pottery, Crafts, or Design is an advantage.

- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one.

- Willingness to relocate to Poland.
