Key Responsibilities

* Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, logistics, warehouse coordination, and dispatch management.

* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials/products.

* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment planning, and stock ageing to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

* Ensure timely dispatch of products and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries.

* Work closely with transporters, warehouse partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient movement of goods.

* Maintain inventory records and track key supply chain KPIs such as stock availability, dispatch TAT, fill rate, and inventory accuracy.

* Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.

* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and inventory trackers.

* Ensure adherence to supply chain processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.

* Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities based on business requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain and inventory-related issues.





* Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize supply chain costs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory documentation.

Key Skills Required

* Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

* Experience in inventory planning, stock management, replenishment, and dispatch coordination.

* Knowledge of vendor management and logistics coordination.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred).

* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple operational priorities.

Requirements

* 5–6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Operations.

* Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Wellness, Medical Devices, or FMCG industries preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, Commerce, or a related field.

* MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain / Operations will be an added advantage.

* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
