We are hiring for Sales Executive who has experience in Solar EPC Sales. Below are the requirements:

Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and digital leads.

- Promote Rooftop Solar and Ground-Mounted Solar EPC solutions to Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Government customers.

- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, feasibility studies, and proposal preparation.

- Present technical and commercial proposals and explain project benefits, ROI, subsidies, and financing options.

- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.

- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Sales Reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.

- Support payment collections as per company policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales.

- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to travel may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

- Knowledge of Rooftop Solar, Net Metering, Solar Subsidies, and EPC projects.

- Ability to understand technical proposals and customer requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM software, and email communication.

- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
