Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications
- Lead architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5–10+ years of software development experience
- Solid proficiency in one or more languages:




- Java / Python / C# / JavaScript / Go

- Experience with frameworks such as:

- Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, React, Angular

- Solid understanding of:

- Data structures & algorithms
- Object-oriented design and design patterns

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases:

- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

- Experience with cloud platforms:

- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud

- Knowledge of DevOps tools:

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Version control systems (Git)
