Experience: Minimum 8 Years (Minimum 2 years in a similar role at a leading automobile dealership)
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma Holder
Salary: Up to 50,000 per month
Location: Ernakulam / Calicut / Wayanad Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant service management role. Solid knowledge of workshop operations, customer service, and after-sales processes; commercial vehicle experience preferred. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital tools, business practices, and service quality standards. Key Responsibilities:



Assist in achieving branch financial and operational targets by monitoring workshop performance and implementing corrective actions. Supervise workshop operations, including vehicle flow, PDI, free services, and service process compliance to ensure efficient operations. Support customer satisfaction initiatives, service quality improvements, and coordinate with Tata Motors service officials. Monitor warranty processes, creditors/debtors, asset utilization, and ensure compliance with safety and waste disposal guidelines. Guide and support the service team in implementing service strategies, process improvements, and achieving departmental objectives.
