Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver effective solutions is an integral part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with Salesforce data models.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.




- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
