Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will support our Talent Acquisition process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping us build strong teams across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding hiring requirements by working with senior recruiters and managers

• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri..,)

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews

• Help in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms

• Coordinate interview rounds and follows up with candidates

• Maintain candidate records Preferred Skills

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
