MEP PHE / FPS Execution (Site Supervisor)

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant trade preferred
Candidates with solid practical experience in plumbing and firefighting installation works will also be considered

Experience
3 – 8 years of experience in PHE (Public Health Engineering) and Fire Protection Systems (FPS) in high-rise residential or commercial building projects

Role Overview
The candidate will act as a frontline site supervisor responsible for supervising plumbing and firefighting installation works at project sites . The role involves monitoring labour teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring proper installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting systems in accordance with drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
The position will work closely with MEP Engineers, civil execution teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination of services during construction and finishing stages.





Key Responsibilities

Plumbing & PHE Works Execution
Supervise installation of water supply pipelines, drainage lines, sewage systems, and stormwater pipelines .
Ensure proper installation of pipes, fittings, valves, and plumbing accessories as per approved drawings.
Monitor plumbing works across assigned areas to ensure progress as per schedule.

Firefighting Works Execution
Supervise installation of firefighting piping systems including hydrants, sprinklers, and fire risers .
Ensure correct routing and installation of sprinkler lines, hydrant lines, and firefighting equipment .
Assist engineers in preparation for pressure testing and system inspections .

Supervision of Labour & Subcontractors
Manage and supervise plumbers, pipe fitters, welders, and helpers .
Ensure proper deployment of manpower, tools, and materials for daily activities.
Maintain discipline and productivity among MEP labour teams.
