About your team
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team will be responsible for enhancing data governance and maturity by capturing critical data elements and metadata, defining data quality rules, and developing data models. This team’s capabilities will encompass Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Reporting. Additionally, the team will ensure the adoption of appropriate tools, enforce standards, and deliver foundational capabilities.

Business Analyst plays a key role in delivering technology solutions within Fidelity. This position is for an experienced Business Analyst, with total of 5 to 8 Years of experience, to work in Data Architecture and Governance Team,. The role will be responsible for liaising with the Senior Business Stakeholders and others to identify and the capture data quality rule requirements around identified critical data elements, liaise with technical staff, and assist in User testing where necessary.
