About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Growth and Impact, the Client Services Officer will play a central role in providing professional reception, administration, coordination and stakeholder support across the MESHA office.
This is a wide-ranging and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for program participants, visitors, stakeholders and enquiries, while also supporting program delivery, research administration, office coordination, events, meetings and internal operations.
The role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive and confident working with a wide range of people, including participants, staff, facilitators, contractors, research partners and external stakeholders.
