* *Cross-Border Coordination:* Serving as the central operational link between external OTT platforms, satellite broadcasters, international buyers, and internal technical/legal cells.

* *Rights & Inventory Governance:* Upkeeping global content master registries, cataloging title distributions, tracking intellectual property rights windows, and monitoring territorial exclusivity parameters.

* *Data-Driven Sales Enablement:* Designing high-impact corporate pitch presentations, structuring localized sales decks, and constructing comprehensive content performance reports.

* *Acquisition & Delivery Stewardship:* Overseeing distribution metadata ingestion, verifying formatting guidelines, and tracking secure delivery processes across client servers.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* 2–4 years of progressive,



verified professional success operating in a *Content Operations, Syndication Support, Media Distribution, or Client Servicing* capacity.

* *Industry Foundation:* A definitive career background established explicitly within the *Media, OTT Platforms, Television Broadcast, or Digital Content Distribution* ecosystems.

* *Technical & Software Depth:* Solid, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (handling complex data arrays, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint, along with a functional understanding of video/audio file specs, container formats, and metadata schemas.
