Reporting To: Founders
About the Role
This role sits within the Founder's Office and works directly with the
Founders on most key strategic initiatives. Rather
than owning a single function, you will work across strategy,
technology, product, operations, marketing, finance and people, helping
convert ideas into execution. Every week will be different, making this
an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and
building businesses from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Founders on strategic priorities.
• Drive founder-led initiatives from concept to execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Technology, HR, Sales,
Marketing and Operations.
• Build dashboards and performance reports.
• Drive AI, new business, SOP, expansion and transformation projects.
• Act as the execution engine for the Founder's Office.
Ideal Candidate
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred (strong Tier-2 candidates
considered).
• 4-8 years' experience.




• Background in Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Consulting, Strategy,
Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Analytics
or high-growth startups.
• Outstanding analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.

Success in the Role
Within 12 months you will have delivered founder-led strategic

partner to the Founders and created measurable business impact across
multiple functions.
