Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Ivory Coast (West Africa)
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years
- Industry: Water Pipeline, Bore well Drilling, Water Supply, Irrigation, and EPC Infrastructure Projects
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with proven business development experience in African countries, especially West Africa, will be given preference.
- Language: English is mandatory; French language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Requirements
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in tender management and contract negotiation.
- Ability to establish long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of EPC contracting and project lifecycle.
- Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Technical Knowledge
- Water transmission and distribution pipelines (HDPE, DI, MS, uPVC).
- Bore well drilling and groundwater development.
- Pumping stations and water supply systems.
- Water treatment and rural water supply projects.




- EPC project execution and contract management.
- International tendering and proposal preparation.
