The Prospect:
The primary job responsibility of an Associate Global SPQ is to ensure the renewal of SPQ’s are uploaded into the ERP System for defined countries based on the analysis and review as per the pricing policies. You will work closely with our Suppliers, Country Managers and Business Partners to get the renewal of SPQ on time and provide accurate and timely reports on the renewal.
Roles and Responsibility
Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems. Responsible for sharing the expiring SPQ conditions with Suppliers and get renewal price on time. Responsible for Quality Control and Quality Audit for SPQ Process. Quarterly and Monthly Report Preparation Responsible for loading SPQ conditions from Supplier into SAP based on Pricing Policy. Attend meetings with suppliers, be a solution provider, send minutes and follow-up on action plan within the agreed time. Renegotiation of Rejected SPQ based on LTM performance. Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.



Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information. Key Skillset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Query, is an added advantage. Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills. Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen. Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude. Manage time and priorities – set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others. Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Flexible to work in Shifts is a Mandate.
