The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions in order to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace. We are looking for a skillful Assistant Manager /Lead, who will support our business by combining data insights and local market intelligence to grow the marketplace while ensuring positive user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, while also contributing to the product development process and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.
What you will do:
Lead continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach to drive market growth through combination of data analysis and market intelligence collection Assist in developing regional driver & user retention and growth strategies and localizing to markets' specific action plans Assist in longer-term performance review focusing on supply & demand growth and campaign effectiveness,



and collaborate with BI& Analytics team on scalable data and analytics solutions to facilitate planning and decision making to support markets' growth Conduct ongoing performance review and lead the implementation of optimization initiatives ( user promotions and engagement initiatives) for designated markets with the objective of maximizing online platform / marketplace demand growth and sustainable user active rate Manage the online platform budget for your designated markets, and to maximise the effectiveness and ROI of implemented campaigns and initiatives Collaborate with city teams and other functional departments to ensure business and team objectives are met
