Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* *End-to-End Brand Architecture:* Co-piloting long-term brand equity playbooks and defining positioning models as the group penetrates new consumer segments.

* *Data-Driven Business Analytics:* Mining internal sales pipelines, distributor data, and market research variables to decode core consumer insights and identify operational whitespace opportunities.

* *High-Impact Product Launches:* Conceptualizing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product portfolios, ensuring seamless execution from product development to retail shelves.

* *Integrated Media & Digital Strategy:* Designing and tracking digital marketing campaigns, performance loops, and traditional media models to build consumer pull and brand awareness.

* *Trade & Contemporary Trade Marketing:* Structuring high-yield consumer promotions, point-of-sale (POSM) visibility frameworks, and localized retail activation strategies across Up-to-date Trade and General Trade channels.

* *Cross-Functional Ownership:* Taking proactive command of campaign timelines,



challenging existing marketing concepts, and collaborating closely with production, sales, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* 3–5 years of progressive skilled success operating within *FMCG Marketing, Consumer Insights, Media/Advertising Agencies, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing*.

* *Core Mental Framework:* Highly analytical, comfortable handling data arrays, and possessing a deep curiosity about shifting Indian consumer behavior.

* *Operational Drive:* A proven self-starter who takes autonomous ownership of projects without waiting for micro-instructions; comfortable operating in a fluid, high-growth environment.

* *Attributes:* High learning agility, execution-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working on the ground to hit business metrics.
