* *Demand Generation & Enrollment Growth:* Planning and executing high-yield parent acquisition playbooks, managing scalable lead generation engines, and optimizing the complete enrollment conversion funnel.

* *AI-Powered Customer Engagement:* Deploying cutting-edge, AI-led marketing frameworks, predictive modeling, and automated data engines to enhance real-time customer engagement and personalize communication.

* *PR, Communications & Thought Leadership:* Orchestrating regional and national PR campaigns, managing media relations, and driving corporate thought leadership initiatives to build market authority.

* *Affluent Audience Targeting:* Designing highly customized, experiential marketing approaches tailored to effectively connect with and influence High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent parent segments.

* *Marketing Function Leadership:* Recruiting,



mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing marketing and creative cell while structurally institutionalizing marketing best practices.

Requirements

* *Experience Blueprint:* 8–12 years of progressive, verified professional success operating as a Head of Marketing, Senior Brand Manager, or Growth Lead across Brand, Growth, Digital, or Consumer Marketing domains.

* *Brand Scaling Track Record:* A proven history of successfully launching, managing, or scaling premium, premium-luxury, or aspirational consumer brands.

* *Technical Mastery:* Authoritative command over performance marketing engines, web attribution models, organic growth tactics, and emerging AI-powered marketing toolkits.
